Luxury residential building Azure on Ocean Street, Wollongong

The construction of the luxury residential building Azure on Ocean Street has reached a major milestone.🏗️

These temporary braces were the unsung heroes of our excavation phase, allowing us to build a two-level basement with zero disruption to the surrounding ground or neighboring foundations.

With the Basement 1 slab officially poured and the building starting its ascent, it was finally time for the steel to come out.

A massive thank you to Dhanushka Athapaththu and the team at Coates for their expert assistance. From the initial support that let works go ahead safely to the seamless removal, it’s been a top tier partnership in precision engineering.
